What you can expect

You will be part of one of our three client teams, which currently consists of 33 employees. In this position, you will work closely with all departments of our agency (e.g. development, strategy, online marketing and account management...) to support our wide-ranging B2B/B2C client portfolio

Your tasks

• You are a sparring and implementation partner for our development in the design of sustainable system solutions (caching, performance, security, ...) and the optimization of processes as well as in the integration of new technologies
• You implement infrastructure components and processes in various technologies (LAMP stack, serverless functions, Node.js, GitLab, ...)
• You monitor and optimize system performance and ensure the high availability and scalability of web applications
• You manage, monitor and configure cloud infrastructures
• You ensure system security and implementation of best practices for security and compliance
• You take over on-call services to ensure 24/7 premium services
• You perform error analysis and troubleshooting of production issues
• You independently develop your skills and transfer your knowledge to your colleagues

Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of computer science, information technology or a comparable education, but also experienced career changers are welcome
• Several years of experience in the system administration of Linux systems
• Knowledge of the administration of modern cloud infrastructures
• Knowledge of the use of CI/CD tools is an advantage
• Experience in web technologies and frameworks
• Knowledge of (scripting) languages such as Python, Go or Bash is an advantage
• Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting production systems
• High quality standards, reliability and a structured, independent way of working
• Strong agile mindset and ability to work in a team
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable way
• Passion for your craft
• A thirst for knowledge and active development of your expertise
