- You lead and develop a team of IT professionals, focusing on coaching, performance management, and fostering a high-performance culture.
- You assume End-to-End Service Ownership for critical ERP applications (SAP ECC/S/4HANA), ensuring optimal functionality and timely incident resolution.
- You define and optimize IT service standards, operational guidelines, and architectural frameworks in alignment with the global IT strategy.
- You design and document robust business processes and functional specifications, translating complex requirements into technical solutions.
- You manage Integrations and scalability by overseeing system interfaces, cloud services, and the coordination of change management activities (releases, demand planning).
- Youdrive project execution, planning and delivering complex ERP projects on time, within scope, and within budget, in close collaboration with stakeholders.
- You control vendor and partner relationships, actively managing external providers (hosting, implementation) and software vendors to maximize service quality.
Qualifications arrow_right
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or comparable.
- Profound experience in a leadership role, ideally as SAP Team Lead of a multicultural team.
- Strong knowledge of SAP application portfolio, ITIL, and project management methodologies.
- High problem-solving ability, organizational skills, and initiative to proactively take ownership within your area of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory, German language skills are a plus.
