YOUR TASKS

You are an experienced Test Manager with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and want to concentrate on delivering high-quality in-house solutions? Then you’ll have plenty of room to grow with us.

• Planning, coordination, and documentation of all testing activities with an initial focus on BC projects/operations
• Introduction of suitable testing methods and tools
• Development and maintenance of automated tests for standard and custom functions in Business Central
• Building and maintaining a knowledge base for recurring tests
• Creation and maintenance of test strategies, test plans, test cases, and acceptance protocols
• Ensuring test quality in BC modules (Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, Production, etc.)
• Supporting business units in creating practical test scenarios
• Managing and supporting testers (business units, key users, developers)
• Continuous improvement of testing processes within the framework of DevOps / CI/CD pipelines
• Responsible for managing quality metrics (e.g., defect rate, test coverage, test progress)
• Ensuring traceability of all test results (audit compliance)
• Close collaboration with project management, business units, developers, and external partners

YOUR PROFILE

• Successfully completed degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in test management, ideally in Business Central (BC) projects
• Practical knowledge of BC processes, BC extensions, interfaces, and release management
• Experience with test automation and DevOps tools
• Experience in using AI tools in test management
• Analytical thinking and a structured, quality-oriented approach
• High level of responsibility and integrity, as well as an independent and organized working style
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
