Das sind deine Aufgaben
- Marketing-Maßnahmen & Markenauftritt: Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien für unsere drei Marken (Online Birds, Online Birds Education, Hotel Digital Score).
- Content-Erstellung: Du erstellst und optimierst Inhalte für Website, SEA, SEO, Social Media, Newsletter und Blog.
- Marketing Automation & Leadgenerierung: Du begleitest Kampagnen im Bereich CRM und Newsletter-Marketing und treibst die Automatisierung unserer Prozesse voran.
- Organisation & Administration: Du koordinierst Termine, bearbeitest E-Mails, bereitest Meetings sowie Präsentationen vor und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe.
- Systempflege & Datenmanagement: Du pflegst gewissenhaft unsere CRM-Daten, Reportings und Projektdokumentationen.
- Events & Messen: Du wirkst aktiv bei der Planung, Organisation und Kommunikation rund um interne und externe Veranstaltungen sowie Messen mit.
- Analysen & Präsentationen: Du erstellst aussagekräftige Präsentationen, Auswertungen und Marktanalysen.
Das bringst du mit
- Ausbildung: Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder befindest dich kurz vor dem Abschluss im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, BWL, Medien oder bringst eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit.
- Marketing-Know-how: Erste praktische Erfahrungen konntest du bereits als Praktikant:in oder Werkstudent:in sammeln – z. B. in den Bereichen Content, Social Media, Events oder Kampagnen.
- Kommunikationstalent: Du hast Freude an interner und externer Kommunikation – auf Deutsch wie auf Englisch.
- Branchenliebe: Du begeisterst dich für die Hotellerie- & Tourismusbranche und hast Interesse an B2B-Marketing und digitalen Trends.
- Hands-on-Mentalität: Eigeninitiative, strukturierte Vorgehensweise und ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit zeichnen dich aus – gleichzeitig hast du Lust, Neues zu lernen.
- Kreativität & Strategie: Du hast Spaß an kreativem und strategischem Arbeiten und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung.

Your tasks
- Marketing measures & brand presence: You will assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for our three brands (Online Birds, Online Birds Education, Hotel Digital Score).
- Content creation: You will create and optimise content for the website, SEA, SEO, social media, newsletters and blogs.
- Marketing automation & lead generation: You will support campaigns in the areas of CRM and newsletter marketing and drive the automation of our processes.
- Organisation & administration: You will coordinate appointments, process emails, prepare meetings and presentations, and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- System maintenance & data management: You conscientiously maintain our CRM data, reports and project documentation.
- Events & trade fairs: You actively participate in the planning, organisation and communication of internal and external events and trade fairs.
- Analyses & presentations: You create meaningful presentations, evaluations and market analyses.
Your profile
- Education: You have a degree or are about to graduate in marketing, communications, business administration, media or have comparable training.
- Marketing expertise: You have already gained some practical experience as an intern or working student, e.g. in the areas of content, social media, events or campaigns.
- Communication skills: You enjoy internal and external communication – in both German and English.
- Passion for the industry: You are enthusiastic about the hotel and tourism industry and interested in B2B marketing and digital trends.
- Hands-on mentality: You are characterised by initiative, a structured approach and a high degree of reliability – and you are eager to learn new things.
- Creativity & strategy: You enjoy creative and strategic work and like to take on responsibility.
