AUFGABEN

• Management of the internal customer relationship with key stakeholders and advising the busines on travel related matters
• Support the supplier relationship management on local and European level, in particular with th Travel Management Company (TMC) as main subcontractor and fulfilment partner
• Delivery of requirements for the “request for proposal” (RFP) process, reflecting the company needs and financial targets. Deployment of the supplier set-up within the business a well as monitoring the performance and contract adherence
• Support implementations and travel related projects by contributing to the deployment roadmap an the design of respective communication and change management
• Execute the Travel Policy and manage arbitrations reflecting the company's Ethics & Compliance rules and Code of Conduct.
• Coordinate the customer inter-site Corporate Shuttles operations from schedule design to the contingency plans in case of irregularities. Act as focal point for the suppliers' operations & account management team.

QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Studium der Betriebswirtschaft mind. Bachelor-Studiengang oder einen Bachelor in Business Travel
• Solider Hintergrund im Geschäftsreisemanagement mit Erfahrung als Reisemanager oder in einer vergleichbaren Position bei einem Geschäftsreisebüro/Reiseanbieter
• IT: MS-Office mind. detaill. Spezialkenntnisse, Erfahrung im Google Workspace ist von Vorteil
• Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch mind. verhandlungssicher, Englisch mind. verhandlungssicher

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a Bachelor's degree in Business Travel
• Solid background in business travel management with experience as a travel manager or in a comparable position at a business travel agency/travel provider
• IT: At least detailed specialized knowledge of MS Office; experience with Google Workspace is an advantage
• Language skills: At least fluent in German, at least fluent in English
