As a
Shop Visit Manager (CFM56)
you will:
Your tasks
- Lead all CFM56 shop visit projects and act as the main engine contact
- Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across all activities
- Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the (safety) Management System
- Monitor project progress against milestones and take proactive measures
- Plan engine input/output in coordination with production and operations
- Lead the engine team and organize regular meetings
- Maintain up-to-date engine status in relevant systems (e.g., Engine Log, RAIL)
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation, or Business Administration (or equivalent)
- 3+ years of experience in project- or process-related roles, ideally in MRO
- Strong understanding of operational processes and project management
- Fluent in English; German B1+ is desirable
- Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety, compliance, and quality procedures
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and achieve results
