HOLOGATE is seeking a highly organized and reliable Logistics & Warehouse Specialist (m/f/d) to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations. In this role, you will manage the flow of goods with precision, oversee inventory accuracy, and support the seamless dispatch and receipt of materials essential to our products and services. Responsibilities

Independently, accurately, and punctually loading goods, including picking items in advance
Booking material movements, preparing orders, and managing outbound shipments
Receiving and inspecting incoming goods based on delivery documentation, and storing them correctly in the warehouse system
Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and handling regulations at all times
Monitoring stock levels and maintaining an organized, transparent inventory
Handling returns (RMA) processes efficiently and professionally

Key Qualifications

Physically capable of heavy lifting and able to be on-site throughout the workday
Confident using standard IT applications, especially Microsoft Office
Strong service mindset and customer-oriented approach
Clear and reliable communication skills
Structured, independent, and detail-oriented work style
German and English skills are required
