You'll make an impact by

• Actively researching and evaluating state-of-the-art Generative AI models and Agentic AI architectures, aligning your efforts with their potential applications in industrial settings
• Following your research, you will design, develop, and implement proof-of-concept demos and prototypes to showcase the capabilities of Gen AI and Agentic AI in enhancing simulation, design optimization, and PLM workflows
• Additionally, you will experiment with integrating these AI models into existing simulation platforms or PLM tools to explore innovative methods for improving functionality
• You will assist in the preparation and processing of data necessary for training, fine-tuning, and evaluating AI models
• Lastly, you'll document your findings and development processes meticulously and present your results to both the team and relevant stakeholders to facilitate shared learning and project advancement

 

This is how you'll win us over

• Education: You are currently enrolled in a Master's or Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or Robotics
• Experience and Skills:
  • Strong programming skills in Python, including experience with libraries such as NumPy and Pandas
  • Basic understanding and interest in machine learning and deep learning concepts
  • Familiarity with ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX and a demonstrated interest in cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure
• Ways of Working: You possess a proactive, analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong drive to learn and innovate
• Languages: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken; German language skills are a plus
