• Analyzing and optimizing end-to-end workflows
• Building dashboards and action plans for process transparency
• Creating and maintaining AI-ready knowledge bases on SharePoint
• Designing automation solutions using Power BI/Tableau, KNIME, Power Automate and Power Apps
• Auditing existing application-management practices and contributing research-backed recommendations to shape the long-term IT strategy
• Developing process maps and SharePoint sites for SOPs
• Contributing to continuous improvement workshops
• Tracking KPI impact and measuring efficiency improvements
• Participating in the development of long-term IT strategies

 

Your success is grounded in

• Education
• You are studying Business Informatics, Business Administration / Economics, Marketing / Communications, Innovation Management, or Computer Science at master’s level.
• Experience & Skills
• Basic knowledge of SharePoint and Power BI
• Understanding of process documentation
• Fundamental knowledge of Generative AI
• Experience with business intelligence tools
• Process analysis capabilities
• Ways of working
