Payments Solutions Germany, in close coordination with GPS Headquarters, drives the execution of UniCredit Group’s strategy in Transactional Payments, Cash Management, Acquiring, and Issuing. This includes all customer segments under the coverage of UniCredit Bank GmbH. Our goal is to deliver competitive, innovative, and future-ready products and services aligned with market trends, technological advancements, and the evolving competitive landscape.

Within the Issuing and Acquiring domain of Client Solutions, we design and implement forward-looking card products and solutions for both private and corporate customers. Through Project ONE and other strategic group-wide initiatives, we are reshaping our product portfolio with a strong focus on digital intelligence and customer-centric experiences.

• Analyze and interpret card transaction data to create reports and support data-driven decision-making across the cards business
• Support management of critical service providers within the cards business
• Support risk and service quality assessments, also in connection to Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)
• Maintain service contract registry, client files and other relevant product and process documentation

• fluency in German and English language (oral and written)
• good knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Excel and Power Point - proficiency is beneficial
• knowledge/understanding of commercial banking, especially payments and more specifically cards business is beneficial
• ability to take over complex tasks organizing the activities autonomously
• proactive attitude, curiosity, willingness to learn and to interact with the team and other stakeholders
