YOUR TASKS

• You will support the Customer Service team in identifying, analysing and processing possible cases of fraud
• You process enquiries from the police, public prosecutors and other authorities
• You support quality management
• You will work on process optimisation, knowledge management and other projects

YOUR PROFILE

• You are studying in Munich and are interested in the field of customer service
• You are familiar with MS Office programmes, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• You work in a structured and independent manner
• You are creative, a team player and flexible
• You have a very good command of German, as you also process enquiries from authorities, among other things
