The position is ideally to be filled immediately.
YOUR TASKS
- You will support the Customer Service team in identifying, analysing and processing possible cases of fraud
- You process enquiries from the police, public prosecutors and other authorities
- You support quality management
- You will work on process optimisation, knowledge management and other projects
YOUR PROFILE
- You are studying in Munich and are interested in the field of customer service
- You are familiar with MS Office programmes, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- You work in a structured and independent manner
- You are creative, a team player and flexible
- You have a very good command of German, as you also process enquiries from authorities, among other things
