As part of American Express, we, together with PAYBACK and Loyalty Partner Solutions, are pioneering in the implementation of customer loyalty programs.

The position is ideally to be filled from 01.07.2026 for 12 months.

The position is designed for a workload of 60 to 80 hours per month.

YOUR TASKS

• You coordinate various contract and risk management topics with stakeholders from different departments
• You independently handle review and approval processes within our contract management system and assist in its further development
• You support the continuous improvement of our operational data protection processes in our data protection management software
• You create monthly reports for transparent communication. You assist our team in day-to-day operations with various projects in the field of risk and contract management
• You have ample opportunities to contribute your own ideas and actively contribute to the ongoing development

YOUR PROFILE

• You are an enrolled student, ideally in a business, legal, humanities or a comparable field of study
• You have ideally gained initial professional experience through internships, preferably in contract management
• You work in a structured, independent and reliable manner
• You proactively contribute your own ideas to continuously improve processes
• You have strong communication skills, are a team player and show assertiveness
• You are confident using common MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Teams
• You have very good German language skills (C1+) and ideally good English skills
