Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and talented working student to join our team and assist with linear optimization projects in the domain of Outbound Logistics. This is a fantastic opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience and contribute to real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing linear optimization models.

• Collaborate with team members to analyze data and identify optimization opportunities.

• Support the preparation of reports and presentations based on optimization results.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Solid foundation in mathematical optimization concepts and algorithms, keen to learn and develop.

• Experience with Python and SQL.

• Experience with open-source or commercial solvers (e.g., Gurobi, CPLEX) is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Enrolled student, available to work for 20 hours per week for at least 9 months in a hybrid work setup.

• Proficiency in English for effective communication with the team.
