The ESG Transformation and Steering team is responsible for strategy, monitoring, innovation and impact within ESG Germany for UniCredit Bank GmbH. This is where the threads come together to create high-quality concepts for a sustainable bank with the help of the various areas in the company. In addition, the team provides an overview of regulation, ESG data and trends in the market and creates connections within the bank and with market participants.

ESG has long been an important topic at UniCredit. Within the framework of European regulation and our own voluntary commitments, we are driving net zero, social credit and sustainability in the digital environment, among other things.

A wide variety of processes come together with us. As part of the team, you can gain a broad overview of sustainability, because our customers come from all areas. In addition, you can get to know ESG data in detail and gain expertise on new topics.

What you'll be doing

As a team member, you will work closely with the various ESG teams and sustainability officers in the product areas to research ESG data, methodologies and best practices.
You will support the team in the preparation of strategy documents
You will createtemplates for sustainability standards and dashboards on our impact
You will independently develop industry overviews of the most innovative sustainability approaches and present the results to the team

What you'll need to succeed

Net Zero, UNSDG and Biodiversity are not foreign words to you.
In stressful situations, you keep a cool head and approach your tasks in a structured and prioritized manner.
You speak fluent German and have a very good knowledge of English.
The independent development of solutions motivates you.
You have an openness to learn new things and acquire knowledge independently.
You are a team player and enjoy communication.
PowerPoint makes you feel at home.
You have a great affinity for data, Excel and PowerBI.
You are an enrolled student (all disciplines related to sustainability are welcome).
