Your responsibilities
Are you well-versed in theory and now looking for practical experience in a dynamic company? Then use your talent and expertise to help us with the following tasks
- Conduct analyses and derive key insights (e.g. on competitors, the market, key customers) for strategic decision-making
- Define key processes for the global key account management of BSH's customer service following the BPMN standard
- Build up business intelligence via reports and automated / smart dashboards by using data science
- Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional experts at a national and international level
Your profile
- Relevant previous business experiences from internships or other working student positions
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and ideally of further programs / applications (esp. AI, data analytics tools)
- Independent, results-oriented, and pro-active way of working in line with BSH's high performance culture
- Studies in business administration or a related relevant subject
