JOB DESCRIPTION:

YOUR TASKS

• Assist in the procurement process of electronic components and materials.
• Support the team in managing supplier relationships and communications.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings
• Help prepare and process purchase orders and invoices
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues that may arise
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of purchasing processes

YOUR PROFILE

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Electronics, or equivalent
• Excellent language skills: written and spoken German and English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Previous experience in purchasing or supply chain management management would be advantageous but is not required
