In our Securities Custody Services unit, which is part of Digital & Operations (CDOO) , we are driving a central and highly exciting transformation initiative to reshape securities processing within UniCredit Bank Our goal is to develop a modern, integrated, and standardized target operating model for securities back-office processes. To achieve this, we are consolidating all relevant activities - provider management, securities-related tax processes, and operational back-office functions - into one central unit. In doing so, we are creating the foundation for a high-performing operations team and a harmonized provider landscape in the area of securities custody services.
