As a Commercial Employee in Dispatching (m/f/d), what potential would you like to uncover with us?

Challenges you will tackle:

• In your role as a Transportmanager, you manage full truckload operations throughout Europe and are responsible for a fleet of vehicles. Your performance is evaluated using key business metrics.
• You’ll monitor the status of transportation orders and respond to any deviations with a customer and company-oriented approach.
• You will interact with the drivers in your fleet respectfully, using your appreciative and assertive approach to motivate them towards top performance.
• In close collaboration with the team and business partners, you work in a trusting manner as the foundation for successful and sustainable cooperation.

Qualifications that convince us:

• You hold a completed apprenticeship as a Specialist in Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services or an equivalent qualification.
• Ideally, you already possess professional experience in organizing transportation and logistics services, but we also offer exciting opportunities for career changers and those who have discontinued their studies.
• You are proficient in common MS Office and email applications.
• You enjoy communicating, both in German and English.
