At WEICON, we develop, produce, and distribute chemical specialty products for all areas of industry. Our portfolio includes special adhesives and sealants, technical sprays, and high-performance assembly pastes and greases.
Activities
- Support and further develop existing customer relationships from our German office in Münster combined with frequent travel to customers in Eastern Europe and the Balkan region
- Independent acquisition of new customers and distributors, with a focus on building long-term business relationships
- Providing technical advice and conducting product presentations and trainings
- Preparation of offers, sales and contract negotiations through to final agreement
- Market and competitor analysis
- Participation in national and international trade fairs
- Close cooperation with the product management and marketing team
- Preparation of reports for sales management
Requirements
- First experience in international sales or an interest in technical products is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Very good written and spoken English
- Knowledge of German is an advantage, but not required.
- Additional languages from Eastern Europe or the Balkan region are considered a plus
- Strong communication skills and a confident, extroverted personality
- Independent, well-structured working style and a high willingness to travel.
- Ability to work in a team and the motivation to actively drive WEICON forward

Our international sales team consists of 16 dedicated professionals connecting with customers across the globe—from Canada to China. Our Area Sales Managers travel regularly to meet clients in person, while our office-based Sales Assistants ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Application Process
First, there is a short online meeting to get to know each other and talk about the role. If both sides feel it’s a good fit, the next step is a trial day on-site in Münster. This gives the candidate a chance to experience the team and daily work, while we can get a better impression of the candidate in person.
