This is a high-exposure, generalist role where you’ll work directly with our founders and leadership team across multiple projects – from business operations to sales initiatives – and help us scale our impact in the skilled trades sector.

Responsibilities

• Support the founders and leadership team in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives
• Take ownership of special projects across Operations, Recruiting, Product, or Growth – depending on your strengths and interests
• Drive key responsibilities, including people leadership and team management
• Prepare presentations, analyses, and decision-making materials for internal and external stakeholders
• Build expertise in process design and end-to-end automation
• Be where you’re needed most – flexible, pragmatic, and hands-on

What you bring

• Excellent German skills (C2 level)
• Initial experience in startups, consulting, venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or a comparable environment
• You are curious, eager to learn, and want to actively shape different functions of a company
• You handle uncertainty with confidence and tackle new challenges hands-on and proactively
• You work in a structured way, communicate clearly and persuasively, and are a true team player
