• You shape and execute the financial strategy of the country/region.
• You lead budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning and financial performance management.
• You deliver accurate month-end closing, management reporting and variance analysis.
• You provide actionable financial insights that influence commercial decisions.
• You drive profitability through pricing, margin analysis and cost optimization.
• You evaluate business cases, investments, and strategic opportunities.
• You ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, internal controls and audit requirements.
• You oversee project accounting, revenue recognition (incl. IFRS 15) and WIP monitoring.
• You support digitalisation and improvement of financial systems and processes.
• You lead and develop the Finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and integrity.

• You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar; a professional qualification is a plus.
• You bring substantial experience in controlling, FP&A or commercial finance in an international environment.
• You are fluent in English and confident working with ERP systems (SAP knowledge is an advantage).
• You have strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and IFRS reporting.
• You combine analytical strength with business acumen and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• You communicate clearly and can influence senior stakeholders with compelling financial insights.
• You work structured, hands-on and with high ownership, accuracy and compliance awareness.
• You enjoy leading teams and collaborating in a cross-functional, matrix-driven organisation.
