These courses are tailored to customer needs and employee skill levels, helping businesses scale their health, safety & environment operations while enhancing individual skills – and WE are looking for you! Tasks

What you’ll be working on

Your will be working closely with our Co-Founder Jonas to enhance the data & AI layer in our product. Based on your strenghts, there is a broad range of topics you will be working on:

🤖 AI & LLMOps

• LLM Implementation: Integrate and optimize the usage of agentic LLMs operations for training creation
• Quality Management: Implement quality assurance and testing frameworks to deliver AI-Result with enterprise ready accuracy
• Data Management: Implement RAG and data pipelines to collect datasets for better results and future fine tuning

🛠️ Backend & DevOps

• Scalable Architecture: Design and develop backend structures and APIs capable of supporting multiple customers.
• System Architecture: Contribute to critical decisions shaping our robust B2B SaaS application.
• Performance Optimization: Apply strong software development skills to create high-performance, scalable solutions.
• Domain Modeling: Define and refine the domain model and business logic for our complex enterprise app.

💻 Frontend

• Integrating AI Agents into our client: Be able to integrate the AI features you built into our client, so customers can use it.

Our Tech Stack

• Frontend: Tailwind, React, and Next.js, ShadCN for responsive and dynamic user interfaces.
• Type Safety: Prisma ORM and NextJS server functions for seamless type safety from database to frontend.
• Backend: PostgreSQL, GitHub and Vercel providing a rock-solid foundation.
• LLMs: Azure AI Suite, AWS Bedrock & Google Vertex, tracked in Langfuse and hot-swapped via ai-sdk

Requirements

• Experience in working with Language Models for complex tasks
• Up to date knowledge of the latest trends in the AI and LLM world
• Keen to improve our "Context Engineering" Layer
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code with thorough testing for seamless collaboration.
• Excellent prompting skills
• Fluent in English, able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
• Fulltime availablity
• Plus: Experience in developing fullstack web apps, ideally with React/NextJS/CSS/Typescript & PostgreSQL - but deep experience with other tech-stacks is also great

2. We'll do a (remote) live coding session to check for a technical fit (a practical challenge and you can use all your favourite AI coding tools)
3. Deep Dive with our founders Jonas and Max to get a feeling for the team and the tasks ahead of you
