Your mission:

As a recruitment consultant at eAces, you're not just an intermediary — you're a matchmaker, consultant and networker all rolled into one. You will build relationships with top-class clients and talent, recognise potential, and bring the right people together.

Tasks

• New customer acquisition at project manager and management level
• Support and advice for our existing customers
• Contract management and negotiations with customers & candidates
• Identification and selection of IT experts & consultants
• Conducting interviews with candidates
• Accompanying the entire placement process until successful placementSupport in project management

Requirements

• Completed degree
• Enthusiasm for IT, technology, and digital projects.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills and empathy when dealing with people
• Understanding of organisational structures and roles
• Enjoyment of working in a small, agile team
