Tasks

Your Role – Shape the Future of Compliance

• Join our expert team and support our clients in navigating regulatory complexity. You'll work at the intersection of law, risk and strategy — with room to grow, lead and make an impact.

Your key responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret regulatory developments (BaFin, EBA, ESMA)
• Conduct regulatory impact assessments across WpIG, WpHG, MaComp, MaRisk and DORA
• Execute and enhance risk assessments for AML, ESG, and operational risks
• Develop practical compliance implementation concepts for our clients
• Collaborate with clients on audit preparation and communication with authorities

Requirements

Your Background

• Degree in law, finance, economics, or related field (Bachelor or Master)
• Professional experience in compliance, legal advisory or risk management
• In-depth knowledge of EBA Guidelines, BaFin regulations, MaRisk, DORA, WpIG, WpHG, and MaComp
• Strong analytical skills, confident communication and a client-focused mindset
• Interest in RegTech, digital compliance, and practical application
