RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Main contact point to manage the lifecycle of key documents such as CDAs, MSAs and
price grids together with stakeholders in the commercial and legal organization -
Identification of optimization potentials in the area of business development and proposal
management as well as implementation of suitable measures for the continuous
improvement of sales processes -
Close cooperation with the marketing, controlling and legal departments to design
processes holistically and efficiently -
Implementation, standardization and continuous development of sales-relevant processes
and interfaces -
Analysis of KPIs, trends and processes to identify causes of inefficiencies and develop
sustainable solutions for quality and cost optimization -
Management and further development of business intelligence tools used in sales (e.g.
CRM, e-commerce platforms, Power BI dashboards) -
Project management for the introduction of client solutions within the Nuvisan Group –
from conception to roll-out
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics or
comparable -
Several years of experience in the field of business development, process management or
continuous improvement – ideally in the life science or CRO environment -
Deep understanding of sales processes and their interfaces to marketing, controlling and
legal -
Experience in working with business intelligence tools, data analysis and reporting
systems - Strong project management skills and change management skills

Very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured, solution-oriented way of
working - Excellent communication skills in German and English
