Are you a seasoned IT Project Leader ready to drive impactful digital transformation in pharmaceutical manufacturing? We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead critical technology initiatives that support a multi-billion-dollar manufacturing operation.

✅ What You’ll Do

• Lead global digital initiatives that enhance manufacturing performance and compliance, especially focusing on Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) based on Emerson Syncade.
• Establish and maintain project governance structures in coordination with cross-functional teams (QA, Engineering, Validation, etc.).
• Own the end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, budgeting, scheduling, stakeholder communication, and vendor management.
• Ensure project milestones are met while continuously evaluating performance and adjusting course as needed.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders globally to shape investment strategies and optimize value creation from digital initiatives.
• Apply best practices in Agile, SDLC, and Computer System Validation (CSV) to maintain GxP compliance and operational excellence.

✅ What You Bring

• 15+ years of professional experience, with at least 7 years managing complex IT projects or programs in the pharma or life sciences space.
• Proven leadership of projects in regulated environments with budgets over USD 2M or direct line management responsibilities.
• Expertise in MES implementation and digital manufacturing technologies.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, CSV, and change control processes in a GxP context.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills across global, cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English; minimum B2 level French is essential for local collaboration.
• Able to manage ambiguity, resolve conflicts, and drive decision-making in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.

✅ Preferred Extras

• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Project Management Module
• Background in deploying integrated digital systems in pharmaceutical production environments
