Job description
- You promote and support people with physical, mental or psychological disabilities and accompany them through individualised measures to strengthen their independence and enable them to lead as independent a life as possible in everyday life
- In addition, you prepare educational and care measures and actively participate in leisure and daily activities; You take into account the type and degree of disability
- You motivate your protégés to engage in meaningful leisure activities, such as painting, making music or e.g. painting, making music or sports

Requirements
