For an innovative and technology-driven industrial environment, we are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer who will play a key role in shaping and optimizing modern production processes.

MANUFACTURING ENGINEER (M/F/D)

• Independently design, develop and continuously improve manufacturing processes in machining and assembly
• Define and specify tools, fixtures, production equipment, and special-purpose systems
• Plan and structure production work packages in close coordination with engineering teams and project management
• Analyze production deviations, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions
• Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure manufacturability of components and assemblies (DFM)
• Review technical drawings and CAD models for production feasibility and readiness
• Introduce and implement new manufacturing technologies and process improvements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or a comparable technical qualification
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within metal processing (machining, forming)
• Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM programming
• Experience in integration and assembly of complex components
• Confident in reading and interpreting technical drawings, including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
• Proficient in CAD systems and MS Office applications
• Knowledge of EN9100 and ISO 1101 / 14405 is an advantage
