- Architect Global Standards: Define and govern the global control systems architecture (BMS, DDCs, PLCs) for next-generation data centers.
- Drive Innovation: Lead the development of advanced control strategies and AI-driven optimization to achieve significant energy and cost efficiencies.
- Integrate Intelligence: Partner with IT and operations leaders to embed real-time analytics and predictive insights into control platforms.
- Shape the Digital Future: Champion adoption of AI/ML algorithms for dynamic load and cooling optimization.
- Lead & Inspire: Build and mentor a world-class team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Influence at the Top: Present strategic performance metrics, ROI analyses, and technology roadmaps to senior leadership.
What You Bring
- Proven Leadership: 10+ years in data center or building controls, energy management, and leading high-performing teams.
- Technical Authority: Deep expertise in BMS, DCIM, PLC programming, and system integration.
- Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical skills, energy modeling experience, and ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Visionary Approach: Passion for sustainability and technology-driven transformation.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering (Master’s preferred).
