Your profile:
- Completed studies in the field of business informatics, engineering, business administration or comparable
- Several years of experience in leading or sub-project management of ERP implementation and migration projects, especially SAP R3 to S/4HANA, is desirable.
- Ideally, experience in the implementation of PLM systems.
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness and a structured and goal-oriented way of working
- Very good German and English knowledge in spoken and written
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
- Manageable travel activity within the scope of project management
Your tasks:
- Management and control of the Business Process Optimization project as sub-project manager at the site
- Analysis, planning and implementation of system introductions at the site and within the plants, taking into account group guidelines and objectives.
- Professional leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders in German and English
- Ensuring compliance with time, cost and quality targets
- Support for project launches at various locations
