Lead Expert HR Excellence (m/f/d)

• Manage our HR Expertise Teams (Centers of Excellence in the areas of Development & Brand, Leadership Empowerment, Compensation & Benefits, and Data & Processes)
• Develop and integrate global HR excellence strategies, processes and programs
• Develop and integrate a group-wide digital employee journey
• Ensure and promote smart human capital management, including the main fields learning, talent & career management, next generation & new work and performance management
• Establish people analytics and employee experience

• Holistic, innovative, and solution-oriented thinking with strong conceptual skills
• High expertise and comprehensive knowledge in various HR areas and in leading HR teams
• High affinity for understanding future and trends in Global Business, Organizations & HR as well as a tangible passion for processes, data & AI
• Ability to empower global HR areas connecting business needs with people strategies
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English and German
• High level of empathy and intercultural competence
