Senior HR Manager Business Units (m/f/d)

focus on our business units

• Development and implementation of HR core business strategies and global standards
• Design of global HR Management (teams, structures, processes)
• Providing functional leadership and support to our HR managers within the Business Units
• Ensuring a smart setup centered on value-adding HR activities
• Close collaboration and coordination of global initiatives with local HR and Centers of Excellence (CoEs)
• Identifying needs for support-related projects and managing those projects

In close collaboration with our department Corporate Development

• Management of executive recruitment and succession planning for key management positions
• Support initiatives in organizational design, workforce efficiency, and performance improvements

• Strategic thinking, business- and goal-oriented actions, and a strong decision-making ability
• Several years of professional experience in HR within a global manufacturing company, including leadership experience
• Comprehensive knowledge in all areas of the employee lifecycle, including organizational development, change management, and cross-national labor law
• A high affinity for understanding our business and organizational structures
• Ability to communicate and persuade effectively and confidently at all levels, in both English and German
• Motivating attitude and ability to inspire and enable others
• Innovative mindset and expertise to manage a global and diverse workforce
• High adaptability and ability to collaborate across functions and cultures
• A willingness to travel extensively
