Working Student (m/f/d) Global Trade Marketing

For our Global Trade Marketing Department, we are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d).

• Support the Global Trade Marketing Lead in day-to-day operations
• Collaborate daily with local Trade Marketing Managers across countries
• Create, collect, update and optimise POSM and visibility assets from markets
• Upload and maintain all materials in global systems (e.g., Bynder, SharePoint, Teams)
• Support in monitoring promotional campaigns across each country (sell‑out, seasonal)
• Assist in the development and adaptation of global marketing projects for various markets
• Systemise and document educational events (online & offline) from countries
• Track, update, and support KPIs monitoring for all markets
• Support project management tasks and cross-functional coordination
• Prepare meeting documents, reports, and analyses
• Organise and maintain databases, image libraries, and content management systems

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, International Business, or a related field
• Initial practical experience in marketing or project management is a plus
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken (international environment)
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Creative mindset, strong organizational skills, and a structured way of working
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Interest in global brands, trends, and trade marketing
