Tasks:
- Managing the Oracle NetSuite implementation project for the whole group
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Lead NetSuite ERP as an administrator /system owner & developer
- Translating business requirements into technical and functional solutions, e.g. NetSuite system configurations, customizations: e.g. integrations with CELIGO, Docuware, Plentymarkets
- Identifying opportunities for automation, streamline operations and enhancing the overall level of IT & digitalization of the company
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure systems and processes align with overall business objectives
Must-have:
- Expert knowledge in IT Project Management
- Worked with Oracle NetSuite or experienced in the implementation of the project of NetSuite
- Strong experience in translating business goals into technical and functional solutions
- Combining extensive knowledge and experience in NetSuite, integrations, and technical development with deep business understanding across finance, accounting, commerce, and logistics

Knowledge of data migration technologies and best practices
Experience with project management methodologies and tools - Good communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with various internal departments and external partners, fluent English and German is paramount
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a high level of accuracy
- Fluency in German and English languages
Nice-to-have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related qualification
- Oracle NetSuite certified
- Experienced in EDI
