BHS Intralogistics is a comprehensive solution provider for intralogistics in the corrugated cardboard industry. We are looking for a full-time Senior PLC Programmer (m/f/d) for our location in Neutraubling.
That's what you like to do:
- PLC software development and automation for our handling and logistics systems for corrugators:
- iShuttle – Our autonomous transport vehicle for the material flow of paper rolls from the roll store to the corrugator
- iPrep – Our system for automatic pre-processing of paper rolls
- Transfer Station – Our stationary lifting device for handling paper rolls
- Software development and automation for customer projects and series products
- In-house and on-site commissioning of prototypes and customer projects
- Processing and supporting development projects and bringing them to series production maturity
- Participation in the creation of technical documentation
- As part of an agile team, you enjoy working across disciplines with colleagues from mechanical design, sensor technology and software
That makes you stand out:
- You have successfully studied computer science or automation technology and have already gained several years of practical work experience (at least 4 years)
- You have excellent knowledge of programming Beckhoff controllers with TwinCat version 3
- You have extensive knowledge in dealing with sensors and actuators (proximity switches, encoders, drives, axes, ...)
- You can work on software projects independently and on your own responsibility (prioritization of tasks, effort estimation, identification and evaluation of risks)
- You have a good understanding of modularization and software architecture
- You have experience in the use of processes and tools related to agile software development (Jira, Confluence, Git)
- You have basic knowledge of electrical engineering to find and solve wiring errors or similar errors yourself
- Desirable, but not required, you have knowledge of programming CodeSys-based control systems
- Desirable, but not required, you have knowledge of programming B&R-based controllers
