BHS Intralogistics is a holistic solution provider for intralogistics in the corrugated board industry. We are looking for a full-time Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) for our location in Neutraubling.
That's what you like to do:
Project management and coordination
- Responsibility for planning, controlling, and monitoring development projects
- Coordination of interdisciplinary teams (mechanics, electrics, automation)
- Responsibility for deadlines, costs, and quality
- Communication with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
- Ensuring compliance with standards
- Clarification of interfaces between disciplines
- Integration of components into an overall system
- Support with commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization
Technical documentation and reporting
- Preparation of technical specifications, requirements specifications, and project documentation
- Status reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Commissioning and acceptance
- Coordination and, if necessary, management of the commissioning of development projects (prototype) at the customer's site
- Carrying out internal and external technical acceptance tests
That makes you stand out:
- Degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or comparable field
- Several years of experience in project management in special machine construction, plant engineering
- Certification desirable: CAPM, PMP, IPMA, PRINCE
- Knowledge in at least one of the following areas: MCAD, ECAD, PLC
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Organizational skills and assertiveness
- Customer focus and entrepreneurial and analytical thinking
- Problem-solving skills and pragmatism/hands-on approach: not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in when needed
- Good written and spoken German and English
- Willingness to travel
- Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.)
- Knowledge of standards, CE marking, and risk assessment desirable
