Responsibilities

• Consulting & Support: You are the first point of contact for managers and employees on all HR-related topics at our Niederranna site.
• HR Processes: You support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR procYou work closely with the corporate HR team and report to the Group HR Director.esses at the site.
• Recruiting & Onboarding: You assist the Talent Acquisition team throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Personnel Development: You promote the development of our talents and support the Personnel Development team in planning training and development programs.
• Labor Law & Compliance: You ensure compliance with labor law and company regulations.
• International Focus: You keep an eye on our international locations and work with local teams to develop sustainable HR strategies.
• Collaboration with HR Management: You work closely with the corporate HR team and report to the Group HR Director.

Profile

• Degree in Human Resources or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience (at least 5 years) in a generalist or advisory HR role
• Solid knowledge of labor law and HR processes
• Strong consulting and communication skills combined with a solution-oriented mindset
• Initiative, organizational skills, and enjoyment of working with people
  Excellent English skills

We offer a market-compliant gross monthly salary starting from € 4,000 (fulltime-basis) with a significant overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
