You lead on-site projects, from modernizing facilities to building new ones, ensuring timelines are met and guiding your team to deliver top efficiency and quality.
Your Tasks - What to expect
Coordination of tasks on-site to guarantee optimal use of resources and compliance with requirements
Enforcement of safety regulations and quality standards, provision and execution of training
Monitoring and supporting mechanics and workers
Management of the deployment and maintenance of machines and equipment
Preparation of progress reports for managers, technicians, and other responsible individuals
Your Profile - What you bring
Completed education (apprenticeship, HTL) with a focus on mechanical engineering or a related field
Several years of relevant professional experience
Extensive knowledge in the installation of water turbines is a significant advantage
Proficient in using IT systems, including those for construction management
Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems, as well as skills in interpreting construction plans
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Very good German and English skills required
Willingness to travel internationally and stay abroad for several weeks for construction or project assignments

The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3,000. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, we are willing to offer overpayment.
