We are searching for the best talent for Content Compliance Manager
You will be responsible for:
Directs the day to day activities for the department. Establishes schedules and assigns work to staff. Monitors progress and performance of staff members and addresses when appropriate. Institutes standard operating procedures for department. Reviews work of staff to ensure adherence. Adjusts processes to improve efficiency or align with compliance requirements. Aligns departmental goals with business strategy. Evaluates progress and adjusts plan as appropriate. Addresses complicated issues that may affect submission status. Escalates those issues that cannot be resolved locally. Coaches, develops and evaluates staff. Ensures that each member's skills and abilities coincide with the job requirements. Prepares submission status reports for review at meetings and by management. Contributes to development of department budget and implements cost controls to maintain fiscal integrity.
