Job description
- You enter securities transactions into the internal entry screen using PDF documents
- You carefully transfer custody account balances and market values from the available documents
- You reconcile the recorded transactions with account and custody account statements
- You check documents for completeness and plausibility, before you process them further
- You process documents from currently around 90 different banks in a structured manner across all banks
- You conscientiously maintain all recorded data and keep it up to date at all times
Requirements
- You have a very good knowledge of German, as the documents are mainly in German
- You are confident and experienced in handling PDF documents
- You use Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Teams and Outlook on a daily basis
- You have a high input speed and confident data entry, especially with keyboard shortcuts, you are characterised by
- you analyse complex or incomplete facts precisely and bring them together correctly
- you are open to new technical developments and tools
- a basic understanding of bank, custody or securities documents is an advantage for you
- you carry out your tasks in a structured, precise and reliable manner
- you have a valid work permit for Germany
