Job description
- You are responsible for the independent paper-based outgoing processing of lorry shipments
- You are also responsible for the transfer and recording of shipment data
- You take care of the preparation of delivery and customs documents
- You coordinate with the scheduling department, drivers and warehouse staff
- You are responsible for the archiving and filing of documents and shipment data
Requirements
- You have completed training as a forwarding agent (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- you are confident in using MS Office and have good IT skills
- good written and spoken German skills characterise you
- you are willing to work the late shift
- reliability, the ability to work in a team and a precise way of working round off your profile
