Machine Learning Engineer (m/f/d)

We develop systems that process technical drawings (2D data), 3D CAD models, and business data such as purchasing and procurement information to analyze components, understand manufacturing processes, and enable intelligent decision-making. Your contribution: ensuring that our pipelines run efficiently, robustly, and reliably.

Your tasks
- Building, optimizing, and improving the performance of AI pipelines
- Implementation and modularization of existing models and data flows (mainly Python, occasionally C++)
- Coverage of pipelines through testing and monitoring to ensure quality and stability
- Ensuring scalability, stability and maintainability of the code base
Your qualifications
- Several years of experience in Python development (C++ knowledge is advantageous)
- Practice in the implementation of complex software projects – from structuring to release
- Basic understanding of machine learning models and their integration
- Experience with common frameworks and libraries (e.g. OpenCV, PyTorch)
- Experience with cloud environments (Azure is an advantage)
- Experience with test automation (pytest, unittest or similar) and monitoring
- Clean, modular and well-documented code workflow
- Experience with CAD or ERP systems as well as knowledge of performance tuning and GPU optimization is an advantage
