Manager Sales Industrial - EMEA (m/w/d)

VIA optronics is a successful, dynamically growing international company with production sites in Germany, China, and Japan, as well as an additional research and development site in the Philippines. As one of the leading companies for interactive display solutions with core competence in the areas of optical bonding, touch sensors and camera technology, VIA optronics with its approximately 600 employees worldwide develops and produces customer-specific solutions for the consumer, industrial and automotive sectors.

As part of our growth and to complement our team, we would like to fill the position Manager Sales Industrial - EMEA (m/w/d) for our Nuremberg location:

Your tasks:

Customer Acquisition and Relationship Development

  • Acquire new customers and strengthen existing relationships in automotive and industrial sectors
  • Analyze customer structures and identify key decision-makers to build effective contact networks.

Sales Execution & Negotiation

  • Develop customer-specific strategies and solutions based on individual needs
  • Create and present customized offers; support contract preparation
  • Lead pricing and contract negotiations independently in line with company policies

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Project Management, Marketing, Product Management, Production) to align on customer requirements
  • Provide field insights to support product development and strategic planning

Your Profile:

  • 5–8 years of sales experience in the industrial and/or automotive supplier industry, ideally with exposure to the display market
  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
  • Fluent in German+English, comfortable working across cultures and international markets
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to translate customer needs into viable solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, team-oriented, with a structured and solution-focused approach
  • Open for business travels national+international approximately 50% of the time
