Are you an experienced Solution Analyst and Architect ready for your next challenge within our SAP Center of Expertise? You will work in a dynamic manufacturing environment, shaping and continuously improving SAP processes in a landscape of constant change. We are looking for an expert in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA, particularly in Production Planning and Control (PP), Quality Management (QM), Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO or ePPDS), and Plant Maintenance (PM). Knowledge of adjacent modules such as Logistics Execution (LE) and Materials Management (MM) is an advantage. You are a reliable, motivated team player with a strong willingness to learn and grow with the organization.


How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Shape global demand management by providing hands‑on process consulting and business support.
• Partner closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear, functional SAP requirements.
• Drive application and project enhancements by turning change requests into effective, future‑ready solutions.
• Design and support concepts for data migration, change management, training, and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers in regular alignment meetings.
• Actively support and accelerate our company’s transformation journey toward SAP S/4HANA.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Management Information Systems, or comparable practical experience.
• Long‑term experience in business process design within production planning, manufacturing, and plant maintenance environments.
• Expert knowledge of SAP PP, APO, and PM processes and customizing; experience with LE and MM is a strong plus.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA; the ability to read ABAP code and perform debugging is desirable.
• A strong ability to meet business requirements using standard SAP solutions.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, combined with a structured and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Good multitasking, time‑management, and organizational abilities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in both German and English.
