We are isento (Portuguese for"free") and we implement IT projects in Nuremberg from conception to rollout. As a Software Developer, you will contribute to the development of customized solutions for our clients' challenges.

Tasks
Your job at isento

• In customer and research projects, you develop prototypes and production systems based on modern AI methods such as Agentic AI, RAG or LLM pipelines.
• You implement robust, cloud-based architectures and integrate AI services into existing IT landscapes.
• Understandable code, unit and integration tests, code reviews, knowledge sharing and pair programming are just as much a part of your daily routine as the conception of new features and coordination with stakeholders.
• You contribute your own ideas, take responsibility for your tasks and actively contribute to the further development of the projects.

Qualifications
: What you bring to the table

• Passion for software development, AI and innovative technologies
• Experience in the implementation of AI and software projects, up to and including productive use
• Excellent knowledge of Python and machine learning concepts
• Practical experience with common AI frameworks and methods such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Agentic AI, RAG, MCP, vLLM, LangChain, Prompt Engineering
• Experience in cloud technologies, web frontend development and Java is an advantage.
• You are curious, seek exchange and share your knowledge in order to learn and grow together.
• Good German skills (at least B2 level) enable you to communicate confidently within the team and with stakeholders.
