As a Working Student (f/m/d) in Product Management Support, you will be part of our interdisciplinary team supporting product managers in gathering requirements, analyzing data, and contributing to product lifecycle management. You’ll create impact by

• You will assist Product Managers in gathering requirements by helping to collect and document both business and technical requirements from stakeholders
• You will support the organization and structuring of unstructured data (e.g., emails, interviews) to help Product Managers gain clarity and derive actionable outcomes
• Moreover, you will enable Product Managers to make data-driven decisions by preparing data analyses and creating visualizations using tools such as Power BI and Excel
• You will provide administrative and analytical support to Product Managers across all phases of the product lifecycle — from launch and growth to feature enhancements and change management
• Furthermore, you will assist in monitoring and evaluating product KPIs and adoption metrics to help Product Managers drive continuous improvement
• You will prepare customized presentation materials under the guidance of Product Managers for customer and stakeholder communication

 

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Coursework in product management, data analysis, or business intelligence is a plus
• You have basic understanding of product management principles and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
• You are proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• You have excellent communication abilities and enjoy working in a diverse environment
• You are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in English is mandatory and knowledge of German is a plus
