Design future-proof IT solutions with us as Cybersecurity Engineer (m/f/d) at one of our locations:
- Cologne
- Oberhausen
YOUR TASKS:
- Consulting customers on cyber security strategies and architectures
- Conducting workshops, demos and PoCs to evaluate technologies
- Supporting your team in implementing complex cyber security projects in the areas of SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR and cloud security
- Developing use cases, automations, playbooks and integrations
- Presenting concepts and results at both technical and management level
- Supporting pre-sales, sales and marketing with your expertise
- Willingness to provide on-call support

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:
- Several years of experience in cyber security engineering
- Hands-on experience in multiple areas such as SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR and cloud security
- Experience in incident handling, threat detection or security operations
- Affinity for automation and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash, Regex) – nice to have, not a must
- Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly convey complex topics in workshops and PoCs
- C1 level German skills and B2 level English skills
