Sie verantworten die Weiterentwicklung und Steuerung logistischer Prozesse und sorgen für effiziente, stabile Materialflüsse im industriellen Umfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Planung, Implementierung und Optimierung logistischer Prozesse und Standards

• Analyse bestehender Abläufe und Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

• Abstimmung mit Einkauf, Produktion und Qualität zur Sicherstellung des Materialflusses

• Definition, Einführung und Dokumentation von Prozessrichtlinien und KPIs

• Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Systeme und Automatisierungslösungen

• Mitwirkung bei Budgetplanung, Monitoring und Reporting im Logistikumfeld

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Logistik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Logistik, Prozess- oder Supply-Chain-Management

• Praxis in Prozessoptimierung, z. B. Lean, KVP oder Six Sigma

• Strukturierte, proaktive und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und logistischen IT-Systemen

• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

You are responsible for developing and managing logistics processes to ensure efficient and reliable material flows.

Your tasks

• Planning, implementation, and optimization of logistics processes and standards

• Analysis of existing workflows and identification of improvement potential

• Coordination with purchasing, production, and quality to ensure smooth material flow

• Definition, rollout, and documentation of process guidelines and KPIs

• Support in introducing new systems and automation solutions

Your profile

• Degree in logistics, business administration, or a comparable field

• Several years of experience in logistics or process management

• Hands-on experience in process optimization (e.g. Lean, continuous improvement)

• Structured, proactive, and team-oriented working style

• Confident use of MS Office and logistics-related IT systems

• Business-fluent German and solid English skills
