Job Description

In our innovative digitalization team within Real Estate Management, we are looking for a dedicated Data & AI Analyst to significantly support and drive the team's digital transformation. Your goal will be to develop data concepts, analyze and visualize large datasets, and implement BI and AI solutions to achieve data-driven process optimizations. You will contribute to enabling faster, more precise, and more sustainable decisions and transforming the entire Real Estate Management process into a data-driven endeavor.
Your role
- They analyze and structure large amounts of data to identify optimization potential in business processes.
- You will create and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI to support departments and management.
- You will operationalize relevant KPIs to effectively manage real estate, processes, and sustainability goals.
- You develop modern BI solutions to support decision-making and design interactive dashboards with a focus on business impact.
- They integrate and network heterogeneous data sources from CAFM, ERP, IoT, energy or ESG systems.
- Your tasks also include the development and optimization of data models and ETL processes.
- You can ensure a consistent data basis by integrating different source systems.
- They automate data-driven processes and workflows, especially with Power Automate, and provide simple applications with Power Apps.
- You derive data-based recommendations for action to optimize real estate processes.
- They develop AI and data strategies which are used to automate, forecast and optimize key business processes in real estate management.
- They build modern data architectures (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse, Azure Data Services) and develop AI-supported use cases for, e.g., predictive maintenance and energy efficiency.
- They analyze and model processes to identify data-driven optimization potential and implement intelligent automation.
- Documentation & Concept Work: You create data and BI concepts and document solutions.
- Stakeholder management & project work: Close collaboration with digital, IT and specialist departments, as well as participation in projects to anchor data-based and AI-driven initiatives.
- Change Management & Communication: Support in the introduction of data-driven solutions and promotion of acceptance in the specialist departments.
- Further development: Monitoring of new technologies and continuous optimization of the BI and AI landscape.
- Knowledge transfer and enablement: Support in empowering teams to handle data, automation and AI tools.
Your profile
- Completed studies in Data Science, Business Informatics, Computer Science or related fields; ideally a Master's degree with a focus on Business Analytics or AI.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analysis or machine learning.
- Several years of experience in implementing data-driven optimization projects.
- Understanding of business and operational processes, preferably in real estate or facility management.
- Experience in change management and the transformation of data-driven organizations.
- Solid data analysis and modeling expertise, including KPI definition.
- Confident handling of BI methods, such as data storytelling and dashboard design.
- Practical experience with Azure Data Services and programming (e.g. Python) as well as with ETL/ELT processes and data integration.
- Practical experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex facts and data content.
- High level of initiative and sense of responsibility in implementing data-driven optimizations.
- Teamwork skills, high self-motivation and commitment, as well as an engaged and analytical way of thinking and working, coupled with a spirit of innovation for the use of AI.
- Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
