Tasks
- Lead a customer service team to ensure seamless daily operations in air freight export and import
- Ensure customers receive exceptional service, fostering strong relationships
- Support Sales and Implementation in onboarding new customers
- Build and develop a high-performing, passionate customer service team
- Manage tender process, ensuring strategic and competitive contract proposals
- Develop and implement customer service procedures, policies, and standards
- Act as a key escalation point, providing guidance and support to your team
- Regularly update management on operational developments and improvements
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Logistics Management or related fields
- 8-10 years of customer service experience in freight forwarding field with 5 years supervisory role
- Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English & Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
- Good computer knowledge in MS office skills especially in Excel
- Self-motivated, pro-active and detail-oriented work approach
- Mature, able to work under pressure & independently
